Summary: We arrived on a VERY cold Tuesday evening and the condo was toasty warm. We have stayed several years in a row for my wife's birthday and alwsys enjoyed the accomodations and location. Plenty of room and very comfortable.

Summary: Everything about this 3 BR 3 bath unit was exceptional - spacious rooms, comfortable furniture and beds, well-equipped kitchen, beautiful views of the James River, lovely wooded walkways, access to Kings Mill dining (delicious and beautiful sunsets). We were just minutes away from Colonial Williamsburg and several outstanding restaurant choices. It was a perfect get-away for a gathering of lifetime friends.
